Nikolay Oorzhak was born in December 1949, in the small village Khorum-Dag in western Tuva.
After graduating from high school in 1964, he worked for four years as a shepherd, herding horses, sheep, and cows.

The basic seminar of    Nikolay Oorzhak on throat singing, shamanism and self-healing is effective  in harmonization of mind and body (Spirit and Soul).   It assists one’s personal grows, self-healing and self-knowledge, improves the energy movement in the body and  approach the spiritual enlightenment. In the course of seminar, Nikolay introduces the philosophy of Tuvan shamanism and his own views on human energy, Power of Spirit of Earth and Universe, explains the nature of kind and evil spirits, and how to feel and understand them.
